Come and learn about a little known free soil conditioner and fertilizer product available. The event will be held Oct. 23, 6 p.m., at the Cowlitz County Training Center, 1942 1st Ave., Longview.

Duane Leaf and Debbie Stanley from Three Rivers Wastewater Authority will explain how this virtually pathogen-free product adds organic matter, nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), lime, and other essential plant nutrients. This product is currently being applied for beneficial use on farmlands and local gardens in growing a variety of crops.
