Wahkiakum alum Peyton Souvenir, as a senior guard for the Lewis and Clark State College Warriors women's basketball team, is headed to Sioux City, Iowa, this week to compete in the 40th Annual National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics Women's Basketball Championship.

Located in Lewiston, Idaho, LCSC won two loser out games over the weekend to earn a spot in the 16 team tournament.

The 14th ranked Warriors begin play on Friday at 1 p.m. against third-ranked Campbellsville, a college out of Kentucky.
