Several members of this year's Wahkiakum High School baseball team were selected to Central 2B all-league teams, following a vote by coaches in the league.

Beau Carlson and Ashden Niemeyer were selected to the Central 2B league first team, while Brody Carlson and Tristan Collupy made the second team. Chance Cothren and Jake Leitz received honorable mentions.
Niemeyer was also selected to play in the 43rd annual Senior All Star Game at Wheeler Field in Centralia on June 5, a nine inning game that will begin at 5:30 p.m.
"This year's event will bring the best seniors from 28 local high schools to showcase their talents and compete for a spot in the All State series on July 10-11," Coach Marc Niemeyer wrote.
