Steve Hart, a volunteer and a member of the Wahkiakum Amateur Radio Club, climbed the new WIFI tower installed near the Skamokawa Internet Services Office in Cathlamet last Thursday, moving the project to bring free WIFI to downtown Cathlamet and the Elochoman Slough Marina that much closer to fruition.
