The Wahkiakum County Eagle - Established as The Skamokawa Eagle in 1891

Sixth grader Clara Hogue was the only member of the Wahkiakum cross country team to compete last Thursday in a Central 2B meet in Toledo. She joined 12 other runners in the middle school 2,500 meter race and took sixth place with a time of 12:15. The winner, Ruby Langer of Wind River, won the race with a time of 11:05.
