The Wahkiakum County Eagle - Established as The Skamokawa Eagle in 1891

To The Eagle:

We wanted to shed some light on the local PUD in our county for the work they did yesterday reconnecting our power after going nearly 12 hours without. I don’t know their names or who was in charge, but they were professional and polite even though they were cold and tired from Mother Nature dumping wet snow all day long. My wife and I were praying for help and God answered the prayer around 10 p.m., when they showed up. What a blessing to see them work as they did tirelessly to restore our power. Our family gratitude goes out to those who are dedicated to help our community.
