How do you get around town?

The Cowlitz Wahkiakum Council of Governments (CWCOG) is inviting all residents of Cowlitz, Grays Harbor, Lewis, Pacific, and Wahkiakum Counties to help them understand your transportation needs. The survey results will be used to update their Coordinated Public Transit – Human Services Transportation Plan which will help them plan for better use of public transit throughout the region for people with disabilities, seniors, young people, individuals with lower incomes, and others who depend on public transportation services.

The Accessible Transportation User Survey is found online at http://www.cwcog.org under Surveys, or by visiting https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/cwcog2. The survey will be available online until June 24, 2022.

Upon request, the survey is available on paper or in other languages. Questions may be directed to CWCOG by regular mail at PO Box 128, Kelso, WA 98626; via email to cwcog@cwcog.org; or by FAX at (360) 214-3425.

If you need special accommodations to participate in this process, call 360-577-3041 by 5:00 p.m., June 4, 2022. Ask for the ADA Coordinator. For TDD users, access the state's toll-free relay service, (800) 833-6388, and ask the operator to dial 360-956-7575.

The Cowlitz-Wahkiakum Council of Governments is a multi-purpose association of governments that delivers a diverse array of federal, state and local programs while fulfilling its primary function as a regional planning organization.
