What are Republicans looking forward to?

To The Eagle:

FBI director James Comey reopened the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s private email server days before the 2016 election. Possibly giving election (not popular vote) to Republicans. Now, the twice-impeached, twice-indicted Republican ‘front runner,’ is going up in the polls and bringing in $$$$. What does that say for the Republican party?

Witch-hunt? Really? A grand jury shall find an indictment only when, from all the evidence, at least three-fourths of the jurors are convinced that there is probable cause, to believe a principal is guilty of a criminal offense. More coming!

Republican thinking, seems to me, to be: They’re out to get me. The investigation into Hunter Biden's finances has been led by U.S. attorney David Weiss, who was appointed by then-President Donald Trump. Trump appointee named special counsel in Biden papers investigation. A federal judge nominated to the position by President George W. Bush, excoriated Attorney General Bill Barr for distorting the findings of special counsel Robert Mueller. I would very much like to hear some facts, to conclude a “witch-hunt.”

That said, let’s look ahead, what are the Republicans looking forward to? I truly have not heard anything other than retribution! Maybe more tax cuts for the rich? Eliminate SS, Medicare, and Medicaid. The highlight of the last Admin., was tax cut for corporations, who bought back stocks, (money in their pockets). Revenues are down. If not for the Bush tax cuts and their extensions—as well as the Trump tax cuts—revenues would be on track to keep pace with spending indefinitely. Extending Trump Tax Cuts Would Add $3.5 Trillion to the Deficit, According to CBO.

Think positive, be positive act positive, smile more.
