NOTICE OF STATE’S INTENT TO NEGOTIATE LEASE

The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) intends to negotiate a TWENTY (20) year communication site lease for a tract of land containing 2,971 square feet or 0.07 acres, more or less, described as Portion of Section 17, Township 10 North, Range 07 West, W. M., Wahkiakum County, Annual Rent will be negotiated.
