Dispatch provided the caller with the phone number to report a stolen Medicare card. 5:54 p.m. A Cathlamet caller reported a person trespassing on their property. The caller reported that after the trespasser left, a bag was found with the callers personal information in it. 6:49 p.m. A domestic disturbance was reported by a caller east of Cathlamet. Deputies responded to the scene 8:43 p.m. A motorist was given a warning for having expired registration after a traffic stop.
September 16 8:11 a.m. The Naselle ambulance responded to a person who was experiencing complications from surgery. 9:51 a.m. Emergency services responded to a Cathlamet resident who was having chest pains. 1:37 p.m. A non injury accident occurred in the parking lot of the county courthouse. 2:23 p.m. A Skamokawa resident came to the courthouse to discuss ongoing trespassing concerns with the sheriff's office. Deputies spoke with the suspect. 7:02 p.m. A Cathlamet homeowner called to complain about their neighbor’s dog barking. 9:04 p.m. A Cathlamet resident called to say that they found a small white dog on their property. Dispatch contacted Wahkiakum Animal Advocates Group (WAAG). 9:04 p.m. A tree was reported partially blocking both lanes of SR4 and Maple Ridge Road.
September 17 8:28 a.m. A resident of Grays River requested that three junk vehicles be removed in their area. 9:20 a.m. A business owner sent an email to the sheriff's office regarding a person sleeping in their car near their business. The person reported that the subject was not breaking any laws and that there had been no reports of theft or vandalism. The reporter said that the vehicle usually left early in the morning before they started work. Subject was contacted and told that they were on private property. 12:59 p.m. A person dropped off a wallet at the sheriff’s office. Dispatch contated the owner. 3:26 p.m. A welfare check was requested on a Longview resident. The subject was contacted by phone. 3:53 p.m. A caller in Cathlamet reported a large dog was barking and lunging aggressively. Deputies responded. 5:51 p.m. A caller reported that people are not stopping for the crosswalk on SR 4 at Jacobson road. 4:55 p.m. Cathlamet emergency services responded to an elderly Elochoman Valley resident who had fallen. 7:52 p.m. Cathlamet paramedics responded to a patient on a cruise ship. Emergency responders boarded the Army Corps of Engineers dredge vessel to make contact with the patient on the ship. The patient was taken to Westport for transport to the hospital. 9:48 p.m. A caller reported that their vehicle had broken down at the Rosburg store. Deputies responded and helped the motorist get their car out of the road.
September 18 12:53 p.m. A Cathlamet resident called to report a barking dog. 1:19 p.m. Sheriff’s deputies assisted a Cathlamet motorist who was locked out of their car. 4:17 p.m. The Cathlamet ambulance responded to assist an elderly Puget Island resident who had fallen. 8:54 p.m. A Cathlamet caller reported that their tap water had turned brown. The Wahkiakum PUD was notified.
September 19 10:53 a.m. A business owner in Skamokawa requested that two people be trespassed from their extablishment. 8:10 p.m. A noise complaint was received about a business in Cathlamet. 8:55 p.m. The Cathlamet ambulance responded to a resident with a high fever. The subject declined transport to the hospital.
September 20 12:25 p.m. A caller reported that a black dog jumped off the Deep River bridge earlier that day. 6:47 p.m. A Puget Island homeowner reported their neighbor was shooting in their backyard.
September 21 7:43 a.m. Cowlitz county dispatch reported receiving a call about a rollover accident in the Bradley Trails recreation area. Wahkiakum deputies found the vehicle upside down, empty. The driver was contacted at home and said that another driver found them and gave them a ride home. 1:06 p.m. The Cathlamet ambulance responded to a Cathlamet residence that needed assistance. 1:56 p.m. Emergency services responded to a Cathlamet person with chest pains. 4:04 p.m. A caller in Skamokawa requested assistance retrieving their belongings from a former residence. The caller was informed that his complaint was a civil matter and that they could not interfere. 2:19 p.m. A caller who had lost their wallet contacted the sheriff's office. A member of the pubic turned in the wallet later that day and the sheriff's office contacted the owner. 4:45 p.m. A car vs. skateboarder accident was reported in the Elochoman valley.
