Town of Cathlamet – Request for Proposals (RFP)
Janitorial Services
The Town of Cathlamet is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified contractors for janitorial services for various facilities in the Town. The selected contractor will perform routine cleaning services as outlined in the Scope of Work.
Completed proposals must be received no later than 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at Town Hall, 25 Broadway Street, PO Box 68, Cathlamet, WA 98612. All proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked: “JANITORIAL SERVICES RFP”. Late submissions will not be considered. The RFP packet is available online at http://www.townofcathlamet.com/bidding-roster. All updates, notices, and clarifications will be posted on the Town’s website. It is the responsibility of each proposer to monitor the website for any changes. Questions may be directed to sarahc@townofcathlamet.com.
The Town of Cathlamet reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
