On the 20th day of October 2025, the Cathlamet Town Council adopted Ordinance No. 690-25. A summary of this Ordinance is as follows:

“AN ORDINANCE REPEALING TITLE 13 AND CHAPTERS 3.24, 3.25, AND 3.30 OF THE Cathlamet MUNICIPAL CODE AND ORDINANCES 550-12, 568-13, 582-16, 619-19, 649-21, 653-21 § 7 & 8, 655-22, 662-22, 669-23, AND 670-23, AND RESOLUTIONS 441-23 AND 455-24 RELATING TO PUBLIC UTILITIES. . .”

This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect five (5) days from its passage, approval and publication as
