On the 20th day of October 2025, the Cathlamet Town Council adopted Ordinance No. 692-25. A summary of this Ordinance is as follows:

“AN ORDINANCE AMENDING 3.75.030 OF THE Cathlamet MUNICIPAL CODE AND SECTION 3 OF ORDINANCE 652-21 RELATING TO UTILITY DEPOSITS. . .”

This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect five (5) days from its passage, approval and publication as
