TOWN OF Cathlamet, WA

On the 20th day of October 2025, the Cathlamet Town Council adopted Ordinance No. 694-25. A summary of this Ordinance is as follows:

“AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CMC 10.40.030 AND ORDINANCE 672-23 AND ADDING A NEW SUBSECTION TO CMC 3.75.030 RELATING TO EV CHARGING STATION RATES AND FEES . . .” Charging rates are now set at $0.68 per kWh per minute, in addition to a flat session fee of $2.00 per plug-in.

This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect five (5) days from its passage, approval and publication as
