Mules cross country off to Tacoma

The Wahkiakum Mules Cross Country team heads to Tacoma on Saturday, Nov. 1 to compete in the Westside Classic District meet. The top 42 runners from 1B District 4 will move on to compete in the WIAA State Championship race Saturday, Nov. 8 in Pasco. During the team's most recent competition, eighth grader Max Ohrberg had a personal record time of 18.17. Other personal records included junior Hank Wilson

with a time of 19.58, senior Caleb Vicars with a time of 20.03, senior Josiah Garrett with a time of 20.20, and senior Brayden Hilton with a time of 22.56.
