Sheriff's Report

November 3 7:27 a.m. Deputies performed a welfare check on a Rosburg resident after their delivery person couldn’t get ahold of them all weekend. Deputies learned the resident was at home and ok but their phone line was busy and was having issues, so Century Link was contacted.

November 4 9:20 a.m. A Cathlamet resident called to report that there was a verbal altercation happening on his property between three fishermen. Nov. 4 5:04 p.m. A driver on SR 4 near Cougar Falls Ln struck a deer.

November 5 9:09 p.m. A Puget Island resident called to report that the neighbor’s dog was barking nonstop. 10:37 p.m. A driver on Deep River Road called to report that a tree was down blocking both lanes.

November 6 10:07 a.m. A Puget Island resident reported that an unknown individual was near Norse Hall with trash bags. 3:52 p.m. A tree was down blocking both lanes on N Hull Creek Road. 6:37 p.m. The Cathlamet Ambulance responded to assist an elderly Puget Island resident who had low oxygen. 8:31 p.m. An elderly Cathlamet resident was transported to the hospital after falling. 11:18 p.m. A tree blocking both lanes on E SR 4 had three cars stopped and hit a power pole.

November 7 10:33 a.m. A driver on SR 4 reported large rocks in the road near County Line Park. 12:25 p.m. A Elochoman Valley resident reported tire marks in their hayfield.

November 8 12:58 p.m. An elderly Cathlamet resident was transported to the hospital for extreme nausea and abdominal pain. 5:32 p.m. A Puget Island resident called to complain that there were 10 dogs barking at all hours of the day and night. 6:03 p.m. A tree branch was blocking the eastbound lane of SR 4 near Nassa Point. 11:28 p.m. A driver on SR 4 reported a large rock in the road near County Line Park.

November 9 12:11 a.m. A caller in Cathlamet reported that while they were measuring the sidewalk for the property owner of a home they would be renting, and the resident of the adjacent property was visibly angry and yelling. 2:50 a.m. A Cathlamet resident called to report that his roommates were threatening to tear up his home. 1:13 p.m. A Puget Island resident called to report an abandoned car on their property.
