February 23 1:48 a.m. A Cathlamet resident called to complain about excessive noise coming from a business they lived above that had become loud enough that a sound machine couldn’t cover the noise and was keeping them and their infant awake. The caller just wanted the incident documented. 8:58 a.m. A driver on Elochoman Valley Road reported a cow out in the roadway. 2:23 p.m. A Cathlamet resident was transported to the hospital for breathing difficulties. 3:33 p.m. A Skamokawa resident reported the theft of three firearms and other items. 5:27 p.m. Deputies received reports of an individual soliciting in front of a Cathlamet business.

February 24 8:28 a.m. A concerned citizen reported an unknown individual sleeping in the alcove of a building on Main Street and witnessed them urinate on the building. 11:30 p.m. The Cathlamet Emergency Services responded to assist an elderly Cathlamet resident who had fallen.

February 25 12:42 a.m. A power outage was reported on Waranka Road in Rosburg.

February 26 6:12 a.m. A driver on SR 4 reported a dead deer in the roadway near Wahkiakum High School. 7:06 a.m. A Cathlamet resident called to complain that their neighbor’s dog had been barking all night long. 7:25 a.m. A Rosburg resident reported credit card fraud on their bank account. 12:40 p.m. Deputies assisted a driver who had locked their keys in their vehicle.

February 27 6:41 p.m. A Cathlamet resident requested a vehicle unlock after locking keys inside, along with their dog. The resident called back after realizing their door was unlocked. 11:21 p.m. The Cathlamet Ambulance responded to assist a Puget Island resident who had fallen. 11:46 p.m. A resident of Puget Island requested a lift assist after falling.

February 28 3:14 a.m. The Cathlamet Emergency Services responded to provide a lift assist to a Puget Island resident. 10:39 p.m. A driver on SR 4 reported a vehicle passing people at a high rate of speed.

March 1 1:02 p.m. A driver on SR 4 reported a vehicle driving erratically and at a high rate of speed near Little Cape Horn Road.
