March 16 7:13 a.m. The Grays River Ambulance transported an elderly Rosburg resident to the hospital after they fell and hurt their leg. 3:31 p.m. A driver on SR4 called to report that a truck in front of them, driving westbound, had a back right tire pop near Nassa Point. 3:34 p.m. A local business in Cathlamet reported that a customer was being verbally abusive and threatening towards the staff. 8:13 p.m. The Grays River Ambulance transported an elderly Rosburg resident to the hospital for breathing difficulties.

March 17 12:24 p.m. The PUD was notified about a power outage on Sunny Sands Road following a loud explosion. 12:46 p.m. A Cathlamet resident was transported to the hospital for bleeding. 12:51 p.m. The Cathlamet Ambulance responded to assist a Cathlamet resident who was having abdominal pain. 2:09 p.m. A Puget Island resident called to have a work crew trespassed from their property after a verbal altercation. 7:07 p.m. A Cathlamet resident called to complain that their neighbor’s dog was barking. 8:57 p.m. A Wahkiakum resident requested a welfare check on their spouse who had not been heard from since they were discharged from the hospital.

March 18 12:18 a.m. The Cathlamet Ambulance responded to assist a Puget Island resident who had fallen out of bed. 7:12 a.m. A Cathlamet resident called to report someone sitting in their vehicle acting suspiciously. The caller later called back, saying it was their neighbor’s new employee.

March 19 8:26 a.m. Cathlamet Emergency Services responded to assist a Cathlamet resident who had fallen down. 11:19 a.m. A Cathlamet resident was transported to the hospital for breathing troubles. 3:17 p.m. The Cathlamet Ambulance transported an elderly resident to the hospital for joint pain. 7:58 p.m. A Skamokawa resident was transported to the hospital after falling down the stairs. 10:06 p.m. A Cathlamet resident called to complain that their neighbor’s dog had been barking for six hours. 11:29 p.m. A large tree was hanging over the road on SR4 in Rosburg.

March 20 8:11 a.m. A driver on SR4 called to report a rake in the westbound passing lane. 7:14 p.m. A Cathlamet resident called to complain about a nearby dog barking nonstop.

March 21 6:46 a.m. A Puget Island resident was provided with a lift assist after falling. 9:03 a.m. A Skamokawa resident reported that unknown individuals were on their property and requested to speak with a deputy. 10:36 a.m. The Cathlamet Ambulance transported a Puget Island resident to the hospital for illness. 2:50 p.m. The Grays River Ambulance transported a Rosburg resident to the hospital. 3:22 p.m. A Grays River resident was transported to the hospital after falling off a bike. 7:20 p.m. Reports of a possible drunk driver on SR4 near Cougar Ridge Road came in. A deputy followed the vehicle in question for several miles and observed no signs of erratic driving.
