The Rainier Spring Bazaar is returning for its second year and takes place at the Rainier Riverfront Center (48 W. 7th St.) on Saturday, April 18 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Rainier Spring Bazaar brings together Rainier-based small business owners and the community to encourage shopping local and discovery of unique businesses and products made in the area. There are currently 20 confirmed vendors offering a range of items for the home, garden, holiday, kitchen, toys, and gifts for Mother’s and Father’s Day. Two vendors in particular, Xander’s 3D Prints and Bristol’s Creations of crocheted items, feature local young entrepreneurs.
Additional vendors include Boursaw Creations, Sewings by L, Columbia River Bar, The Shell’s Farm, Creative Designs, NinePointFive Crafts, Serious Moonlight Studios, Cozy Ties, Nature’s Craft, Thistle Hill Farm, and more. Items visitors can expect to find include handcrafted wood products (cutting boards, game boards, coasters, DIY kits), crocheted and knitted toys, apparel and housewares, 3D printed items and trinkets, handmade jewelry, accessories, tote bags, kitchen linens, original watercolor and ink illustrations, indoor and outdoor plants, garden starts, castile soaps, and more.
