Carmen Storme and William Whiteside of Vancouver. He is retired out of Fort Lewis, after spending 11 years in the Navy and seven years in the Army. Getting to do some fishing like this was one of Whiteside's dreams. "It was the best thing we could ever do," he said. They both caught fish while out with Captain Bill Faubion. Whiteside's was 10.4 lbs, but Storme beat him with a 13.2 lb. fish. Call it a win-win.
