Eastern Washington's Almira-Coulee-Hartline Warriors came to Montesano last Saturday and overwhelmed the Naselle Comets 60-32 in a state Class 1B football quarterfinals playoff game. The Naselle Comets advanced to the quarterfinals of the Class 1B football playoffs with a 72-20 win over visiting Neah Bay last week. The Portland native moved to Grays River with her husband, Charlie, in August, after finding a house and falling in love with it.
