GREAT START--As this week began last Sunday, it was super nice, as were the couple of days prior to that. The Naselle-Grays River Valley School District Board of Directors met for its monthly meeting on April 19. Several personnel moves were approved. These included the retirement of teacher Barbara Swanson at the end of the school year. Mrs. Swanson has been with the district since 1981. The Grays River Methodist Church Friendship Circle Spring Tea and Luncheon will be held on May 15 at the Rosburg Community Hall on Hwy 4 in Rosburg. Naselle Lutheran Church will host it's annual Salad Luncheon from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 23.
