    The Wahkiakum Chamber of Commerce is preparing for one of its biggest events of the year, the 33rd Annual Crab and Oyster Feed. The event will be February 17 at the Norse Hall on Puget Island in Cathlamet. Tickets are $32 and sold at Bank of the Pacific, Cathlamet. Proceeds go towards the Bald Eagle Days Fireworks.     Hunters must purchase and submit their spring black bear special hunt applications to the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW) by midnight on Feb. 28. Hunts will occur in specific areas of western and eastern Washington.
