    Tidy Up the Town, sponsored by Pioneer Community Association, will take place on Saturday morning, April 28 from 9 a.m. to noon. Please join us at the Community Center at 9 a.m., and bring your work gloves, shovels, rakes, hoes and wheelbarrows! We will work on weeding and cleaning up the sidewalks and flower beds around the Library/Community Center and the Waterfront Trail from the stairs at the point to the bridge.     On Tuesday, March 27 at 6 p.m., Wahkiakum Health and Human Services will host an open house at the former Congregational Church building on Maple and 3rd in Cathlamet. He will be focused on the two species of pelicans which inhabit the Lower Columbia River region. Andrew is a well-known birding expert in the local region and is a river kayaking guide.
