Willis "Bill" May, Jr.

Willis "Bill" May, Jr., 74, died on April 8, 2010 in Dallas, Ore.

He was born January 31, 1936 in Vancouver to Willis and Dessie (Vinson) May. He graduated from Dayton High School and joined the US Air Force. He was honorably discharged after four years of service.

He married Mary Elizabeth Snow on July 11, 1960; she preceded him in death in 1975.

He worked for Reynolds Metal Company for many years and lived in Cathlamet before moving to Dallas last year.

He is survived by his son, Ron May of Union Gap; daughter Kathy Moore of Oak Grove, Calif .; sisters Irene Minger of Keizer, Ore., Opal Counts of Eugene, Ore., Inetta Mitchell of McMinnville, Ore. and Darlene Westbrook of Dallas, Ore .; brothers Jack May of Portland and C.R. "Dick" May of Dallas, Ore., and three grandchildren.
