PERMIT

Notice is hereby given that Northwest Open Access Network (NoaNet), Who is applicant of the below described property has filed an application for a Shoreline Substantial Development Conditional Use Permit for the development of: the installation of approximately 38 mile (930 miles state wide) of new fiber optic cable. It will extend and expand NoaNet's existing open access high speed network and serve primarily rural communities that are currently un-served or underserved. The fiber optic project will be installed in public right-of-way along a state, county, or local roadways for 38 miles of Wahkiakum County. Located at State Route 4 right of way in Cathlamet, Skamokawa, Grays River, Rosburg, Wahkiakum County, Washington. Said development is proposed to be within All SR-4 River Crossings and/or the associated wetlands. Any person desiring to express his or her views or wish to be notified of the action taken on this application should notify Wahkiakum County Building and Planning in writing of his or her interest within 30 days of the final date of publication of this notice which is March 10, 2011.

Written comments must be received by April 8, 2011.
