NOTICE OF

DETERMINATION OF NONSIGNIFICANCE

Wahkiakum County PUD issued a determination of non-significance (DNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) for the following project: Wahkiakum Substation, located on the corner of Jacobson Rd. and Columbia St., Cathlamet, WA. This project is proposed by Wahkiakum County PUD. After review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the agency, Wahkiakum County PUD has determined this proposal will not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. Copies of the DNS are available at no charge from Ryan McMaster, Project Engineer, c/o Brown and Kysar, Inc., (360-687-3966). The public is invited to comment on this DNS by submitting written comments no later than September 16, 2011 to Ryan McMaster, Project Engineer, c/o Brown and Kysar, Inc., at PO Box 1720, Battle Ground, WA 98604.
