Notice is hereby given that Richard E. Morris, Who is applicant/Property Owner of the below described property has filed an application for a Shoreline Substantial Development, Conditional Use Permit, and Variance Permit for the development of: a parking area and private recreational boat dock. Located at 423 West Birnie Slough Road in Cathlamet, Wahkiakum County, Washington. Said development is proposed to be within Columbia River and/or the associated wetlands. Any person desiring to express his or her views or wish to be notified of the action taken on this application should notify Wahkiakum County Building and Planning in writing of his or her interest within 30 days of the final date of publication of this notice which is October 20, 2011.

Written comments must be received by November 18, 2011.
