PERMIT

Notice is hereby given that Grays River Habitat Enhancement District, Who is applicant of the below described property has filed an application for a Shoreline Substantial Development/Conditional Use Permit for the development of replacing a 36" diameter culvert and tidegate and installing two new 36" diameter culverts and tidegates to assist in draining flood waters from behind existing dike; application 2011-2-22. Located at SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 22, T10N, R8W W.M .; Seal Slough Downstream of Kandoll Road, Rosburg, WA 98643, in Rosburg, Wahkiakum County, Washington. Said development is proposed to be within Columbia River and/or the associated wetlands. Any person desiring to express his or her views or wish to be notified of the action taken on this application should notify Wahkiakum County Building and Planning in writing of his or her interest within 30 days of the final date of publication of this notice which is November 24, 2011.

Written comments must be received by December 23, 2011.

A Determination of Non-Significance has been issued pursuant to WAC 197-11-340, any comments should be directed to the Wahkiakum County Building and Planning Department, P.O. Box 97, Cathlamet, WA 98612, Within 14 days.

Written comments on the SEPA DNS must be submitted by November 28, 2011.
