CALL FOR BIDS

 Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of Wahkiakum School District No. 200, Wahkiakum County, Cathlamet, WA is calling for bids for T-Grid ceiling replacement in Cathlamet, WA.

 All bids must be submitted by 4:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 21, 2012, to Wahkiakum School District, PO Box 398, Cathlamet, WA 98612, with envelope marked "T-Grid Ceiling Replacement Project Bid"; and will be opened immediately thereafter in the office of the superintendent of Wahkiakum School District. The office is located within Wahkiakum High School in Cathlamet, WA.

 The District reserves the right to accept any proposal which it deems most favorable to the interests of the District. It also reserves the right to waive any informalities and irregularities and reject any and/or all proposals or any portion of any proposal submitted which in their opinion is not in the best interest of the District.

 No bidder may withdraw or alter his proposal after the time set for opening thereof, unless award of contract is delayed for a period of more than forty-five (45) days from the date of opening.

 Bid specifications may be obtained from the Maintenance Supervisor's office at 500 S. Third, or by calling 795-3771.

 A mandatory job walk will be held at 10 a.m. on March 2, 2012, at the high school located at 500 South Third Street, Cathlamet, WA.
