The Wahkiakum County Eagle - Established as The Skamokawa Eagle in 1891

On July 8-12, WSU Master Gardeners will host Camp Luqal Luqal for youth in grades 1-3 from 8-11:30 a.m. Camp will be held for youth in grades 3-5 in the afternoon from 1-4 p.m.

The week-long camp provides a hands-on experience for youth to explore the world of bugs, plants, and weather. Cost of the class is $25 and is limited to 25 children.

Participants must pre-register by June 14. The class will be held in the Floral Building located at the Cowlitz County Fairgrounds in Longview and is sponsored by Washington State University Extension Master Gardeners.
