CONDITIONAL USE, OR VARIANCE

PERMIT

Notice is hereby given that Port District #2 of Wahkiakum County, Who is applicant and owner of the below described property has filed an application for a Shoreline Substantial Development/Conditional Use Permit for the development of Dredge material disposal site W33.4 for beach nourishment and upland dredge material disposal. The dredge material is from the Columbia River Federal Navigation Channel; shoreline permit application 2013-2-21. Located at 13 Vista Park Road, within NW1/4 of Section 17, T9N, R8W, W.M., in Skamokawa, Wahkiakum County, Washington. Said development is proposed to be within Columbia River and/or the associated wetlands. Any person desiring to express his or her views or wish to be notified of the action taken on this application should notify Wahkiakum County Building and Planning in writing of his or her interest within 30 days of the final date of publication of this notice which is September 26, 2013.

Written comments must be received by October 25, 2013.

A Determination of Non-Significance has been issued pursuant to WAC 197-11-340, any comments should be directed to the Wahkiakum County Building and Planning Department, P.O. Box 97, Cathlamet, WA 98612, Within 14 days.

Written comments on the SEPA DNS must be submitted by September 26, 2013.
