NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE OF VESSEL

Notice is hereby given that on the fifteenth day of November, 2013, the undersigned will sell at public auction that certain vessel the "Something Simple" official number 654369, together with a Zodiac tender for the "Something Simple."

The vessel is being sold to recover moorage costs in the sum of $37,244.00 through July 11, 2013.

Sale Location: Courthouse steps, 64 Main Street, Cathlamet, WA 98612.

Sale Date: November 15, 2013 at 9:00 A.M.

The vessel may be viewed before the sale at Deep River by prior appointment.

Sale shall be to the highest and best bidder. The seller reserves the right to bid the full amount of arrearage to date of sale.
