Wrestling supporters seek sponsors for tournament

Supporters of the Wahkiakum Mule wrestling program are inviting people and businesses to help sponsor the 2013 Down River Challenge.
"We have started the planning of our Wahkiakum Mule wrestlers' only home tournament of the season," said coordinator Suzi Mackey. "The Down River Challenge is an annual, all day tournament of 13 to 16 teams. To host this event takes the help of our community. We are asking for businesses or individuals to sponsor a weight class. All sponsors will have signs with their names and weight class they sponsored posted at the event.
"We appreciate any help that can be given toward this tradition. Receiving the sponsorship by November 25 would be very helpful."
Interested sponsors are asked to send their name, address, check, and, if any, a preferred weight class to:
