Notice is hereby given that Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife, Who is applicant of the below described property has filed an application for a Shoreline Substantial Development/Conditional Use Permit for the development of Cathlamet Channel Salmon Rearing Net Pens; project involves rearing 250,000 juvenile hatchery 6 spring Chinook. There will be 12 non-permanent pens with an overall dimensions of 130' by 42'. Individual pens consist are 20' by 20' by 10' in dimension. Located at Town of Cathlamet Dock; address 100 Broadway, Cathlamet, WA 98612; SW 1/4 of Section 2, T8N, R6W, W.M., in Cathlamet, Wahkiakum County, Washington. Said development is proposed to be within Columbia River and/or the associated wetlands. Any person desiring to express his or her views or wish to be notified of the action taken on this application should notify Wahkiakum County Building and Planning in writing of his or her interest within 30 days of the final date of publication of this notice which is November 7, 2013.

Written comments must be received by December 6, 2013.
