The Southwest Washington Workforce Development Council will hold its regularly-scheduled board meeting on Wednesday, November 13, 2013 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. in the large conference room at Partners in Careers (PIC) located at 3210 NE 52nd Street in Vancouver, WA 98663.
