Wahkiakum Mules wrestlers spent the day wrestling for the District/Sub-Regional tournament on Saturday, Feb. 7th. The boys traveled to Ocosta High school and the girls went on to Aberdeen.
For the boys, a long day was rewarded with all of the wrestlers making it into the final rounds. Going to Regionals next week are Alex Johnson with a first place finish, Luck Stacey with a second place finish, Trystan Mendez with a third place finish and Kody Vik with fourth place.
For the girls, everyone will be continuing on to Regionals with Mica Kincade and Rayanna Carlon taking third place and Trynity Mendez taking fourth, making her an alternate.
