The Wahkiakum County Eagle - Established as The Skamokawa Eagle in 1891

Wahkiakum Youth Baseball is sending out Registration Forms for the 2015 season. Girls and Boys ages 4-12 are encouraged to sign up (can not turn 13 prior to April 30).

T-ball will be $40 per player and all other divisions $70 per player. Additionally, there is a required fundraiser selling two Baseball Coupon Cards @ $10 each.

The registration forms are available on the Wahkiakum Youth Baseball Facebook page, will be handed out at school and in a few local businesses this week. Registrations must be returned by February 25.

Tryouts for ages 9-12 will be held in the High School batting cages on Thursday, February 26, from 5-6:30 p.m., and again on Saturday, February 28, from 9-11:00 a.m. This age group must make one of the tryouts for proper placement. Younger ages do not need to tryout. The season will begin the week of March 30 (prior to Spring Break) and continue into June. Player fees are due prior to the first game.
