The Wahkiakum County Eagle - Established as The Skamokawa Eagle in 1891

Rebecca Rostad, the daughter of Bjarne and Katherine Rostad of Naselle (Deep River) has graduated from WSU with the high honor of Magna Cum Laude and a Bachelor of Science degree in biology. Rebecca was a salutatorian at Naselle-Grays River High School. Her parents are especially pleased at Rebecca's accomplishment because through her determination, she kept her grades high while taking time to visit them regularly during her mother's treatment for a recurrence of breast cancer this past year.
