Coast Community Radio will broadcast live from the Pacific Northwest Brew Cup on September 26 in Astoria. The event is organized and presented by the Astoria Downtown Historic District Association, with proceeds benefiting local downtown revitalization efforts. There will be live music, food vendors and fun activities for children.

Broadcasting local events is something that Coast Community Radio does to promote community. Even if you can’t be at the event, you can still listen in. Programmer Todd Lippold states “It’s a pretty unique opportunity to be able to bring a live-event to the community.”
