The Wahkiakum County Eagle - Established as The Skamokawa Eagle in 1891

The historic Rosburg Store is finally reopening. They will have a soft opening on Friday the 12th and are open that day from noon to 7 p.m. Starting on the 13th they will have regular hours from 5 a.m., to 7 p.m., seven days a week except holidays.

For the first week they will only be selling soda, beer and basic general store groceries and necessities. The grand opening and ribbon cutting will be on Friday, the 19th at noon when their kitchen is ready and hot and cold foods will be for sale.

They will serve smokey sausages, stuffed ravioli, onion rings, finger foods and a veggie tray. Those planning to attend need to contact the Chamber of Commerce (360-795-9996), or RSVP on their Facebook page so they can plan for cooking.
