Johnson Park News

Johnson Park has a few special events coming up: Bingo Night is on May 11 from 6-8 p.m. There will be prizes and refreshments, mark your calenders and come on down.

Also, if you noticed, this is Johnson Park News. At the April 17 board meeting, it was decided that the name will from now on be Johnson Park. This was the name first originated long ago.

Come by and check out the exercise room. Nick Berry and Diana Berry did an amazing job. New flooring will be coming soon, we are so excited.

Also the internet is being upgraded this month, there will no longer be dead spots at Johnson Park, this is great news.

We were blessed to have Becky Erickson’s preschool class with us on May 24, they played in the gym, and had story time in the gym, then had a snack in the cafeteria, and on to a craft in the conference room. The kids, taught by Denise Blanchard, painted a cat.

Dress a Girl will have their last meeting on May 6 at 10 a.m. Still keep the sewing up, throughout the summer. It will continue on in September. Thank you to all who have participated and plan on doing so next year.
