Ten candidates had filed for nine offices open for election in Wahkiakum County as of Tuesday evening. There are currently 22 offices open for election.

Anne Cruser of Kalama, incumbent, filed for Judge Position 2 in the Court of Appeals, Division 2, District 3, which includes Clark, Cowlitz, Lewis, Pacific, Skamania, and Wahkiakum Counties. It is a 3-year unexpired term.

Michael S. Turner of Raymond and the incumbent, Donald J. Richter of South Bend, filed for Judge Position 1 in the Pacific, Wahkiakum Superior Court. It is a 1-year unexpired term.

For the Town of Cathlamet council, Robert Stowe has filed for position 1, a 4-year term, and David C. Olson has filed for position 4, a 2-year unexpired term.

Chuck Hendrickson, incumbent, has filed for Director District 3 for the Naselle/Grays River Valley School District 155. It is a 4-year term.

Paula Culbertson, incumbent, has filed for position 2 for the Wahkiakum School District 200 board of directors. It is a 4-year term.

Brian O’Connor, incumbent, has filed for commissioner 2 for Port District 2. It is a 6-year term.

Stephen W. Lewis has filed for commissioner 3 for Fire Protection District 2. It is a 6-year term.

Mark Letham has filed for commissioner 3 for Fire District 3. It is a 6-year term.
