On Tuesday, January 12, 2021, Mary Sue Nettles, loving mother, and grandmother died at age 76. She is survived by her two daughters Terri and Kimmy along with her 11 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.

Mary was born on June 28, 1944 in Oskaloosa, Iowa to Lawrence and Dortha Schippers. On March 25, 1960, she married Randall Craig Nettles. They had five children, Terri, Bobby, Shelly, Kelly, and Kimmy.

Mary had a passion for helping others. She was in caregiving for over 30 years. She loved to play cards and enjoyed spending time with her family. Mary had a big heart and would offer a helping hand to those in need. She was known for her quick wit, determination, and her kind and compassionate spirit.

Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Craig, her son Bobby, and her two daughters Shelly and Kelly.

A memorial service is undetermined at this time and will be held at a later date.
