February 21 — 6:01 p.m. The Skamokawa ambulance and the Grays River Fire Department aided an ailing Skamokawa resident who was vomiting and had stomach and body pain. 10:02 p.m. A caller reported that a tree was blocking the eastbound lane of SR 4 in the Rosburg area.

February 22 — 10:20 a.m. A caller reported that a slide was blocking both lanes of Elochoman Valley Road, just past the eight mile marker. 5:38 p.m. A caller reported that a woman was disturbing customers at a Cathlamet business. 7:46 p.m. An Elochoman Valley resident reported that her neighbor was throwing rocks at her and her car.

February 23 — 6:55 a.m. The Grays River ambulance aided a Rosburg resident who was having trouble breathing. 2:44 p.m. A caller reported that he had found two vehicles that appeared to be abandoned in the woods on the east side of the county. He called back at 3:42 p.m. to say that he had just seen both cars drive by. He did not see the drivers. A deputy responded and found what appeared to be a long term campsite at the location where the caller had initially seen the cars. 2:59 p.m. A caller reported that cattle were loose in Eden Valley. A deputy advised several people about property rights regarding damage caused by livestock. 3:01 p.m. A caller reported that a Puget Island resident had concerns about a former roommate who may be returning. A deputy advised the caller that it was a civil matter. 3:58 p.m. The Cathlamet ambulance aided a Rosedale resident who had blood in his urine.

February 24 — 6:56 a.m. A driver could not stop because of icy conditions on SR 4 and went into a ditch in the Elochoman Valley area. A deputy, state patrol, the Cathlamet ambulance, and the District 4 Fire Department responded. 9:44 a.m. A caller requested a welfare check on a Cathlamet resident who had recently come home following recovery from a surgery. The caller had not heard from the individual in four days. A deputy responded, and the Cathlamet ambulance was requested at 10:53 a.m. 11:33 a.m. A caller requested a welfare check on a Cathlamet resident. A deputy responded and found no one home. 2:28 p.m. Dispatch made three attempts to call back someone who had hung up after dialing 911. There was no answer. A deputy responded to a Rosedale home, and determined there was no emergency. 5:44 p.m. A caller reported a sexual assault. 7 p.m. A caller accidentally dialed 911.

February 25 — 9:05 a.m. The Cathlamet ambulance transported a clinic patient with chest pain to the hospital. 10:56 a.m. A caller requested a jump start at a Puget Island address. 2:22 p.m. The Cathlamet ambulance aided a Rosedale resident complaining of abdominal pain. 3:48 p.m. A caller reported what appeared to be an abandoned truck, boat, and trailer at Hornstra Beach. 3:49 p.m. A caller reported that someone on a skiff was pulling logs out of Steamboat Slough near the refuge headquarters. The Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife was notified. 3:59 p.m. A caller reported that a semi-truck was stuck on Seal River Road. A deputy responded but was unable to locate the truck. 5:29 p.m. A caller reported that a vehicle was parked illegally in a handicapped parking spot on Main Street in Cathlamet. The owner was contacted and he agreed to move the car. 5:48 p.m. A caller said a man had knocked on her door in Skamokawa. He was lost and stumbling around, looking for the park. 8:32 p.m. A Rosedale resident reported fraudulent activity involving her bank account. 9:18 p.m. A caller said he would be hunting on Puget island and that he was driving a white Chevy pickup with a canopy. 9:50 p.m. A caller said he had been assaulted at a Cathlamet home. An individual was taken into custody. 10:16 p.m. A caller reported that a person in a white Chevy pickup with a canopy was hunting with a green laser scope on Puget Island. 11:23 p.m. The Cathlamet ambulance aided an Alger Creek resident who had fallen.

February 26 — 12:08 a.m. A caller reported the felony possession of a firearm. 6:07 a.m. The Cathlamet ambulance aided a Rosedale resident complaining of chest and abdominal pain. 10:56 a.m. There were multiple calls about a tree that had fallen on SR 4 on the west side of KM. The Washington Department of Transportation was notified. 9:26 p.m. A caller was concerned about a horse on a Puget Island road; she had almost hit it.

February 27 — 9:02 a.m. A Puget Island resident said his neighbor’s dogs were barking constantly. 9:59 a.m. A caller found an inflatable boat on Puget Island. A deputy tried to run the registration, but no record was found. The Oregon Marine Board was temporarily unavailable. 10:22 a.m. A caller in Cathlamet said that a steel work table had been stolen sometime in the last few days. 11:19 a.m. A caller said he was stuck in the elevator at the hotel in Cathlamet. Dispatch contacted the hotel owners and they were able to get the person out of the elevator. 11:42 a.m. A burglar alarm was activated at a Rosedale address. The owner was contacted and he said he set it off accidentally. 2:05 p.m. A Skamokawa resident reported that someone was parked at the end of their easement despite being told numerous times not to park on their property. 2:12 p.m. A caller reported that a woman at the community center in Cathlamet was throwing things and screaming. A second person said that she had been assaulted by the subject. A deputy responded and requested a representative from the mental health department. The woman was detained. 6:12 p.m. A caller said that someone was spiking her tires. Her car was parked at a Rosedale business. 6:28 p.m. An individual was taken into custody for driving under the influence after a car went into a ditch on SR 4 in the Rosedale area. 8:22 p.m. A caller reported hearing a loud boom and traffic in the Rosedale area. 9:06 p.m. An Elochoman Valley resident alleged that her neighbor was shining a green laser at her property. 11:03 p.m. A Deep River resident said that raccoon hunters and their baying dogs were making it hard to sleep.
