May 30 — 9:54 a.m. The sheriff’s department was asked to be on the lookout for a gray Suzuki motorcycle that had been stolen and was last seen headed west on SR 4 from Coal Creek Road. The rider was not wearing a helmet. 11:33 a.m. The Cathlamet ambulance aided a Rosedale resident who had fallen six hours earlier. 12:20 a.m. A caller reported that a person who had been trespassed from Vista Park had returned. The person who made the report called back at 12:25 p.m. to say that the park host had checked, and it was not the same person. 1:08 p.m. A caller said he would be leaving his truck at the Deep River boat launch for one more day while he was out boating. He said he had received a call about his vehicle being abandoned; someone had been concerned that boaters were overboard. 8:02 p.m. A caller complained about people speeding on SR 4 in the Skamokawa area. 9:35 p.m. A caller said that someone was setting off fireworks in the Skamokawa area. A deputy responded and a warning was given. 9:48 p.m. The Cathlamet ambulance was notified after a medical alarm was activated at a Cathlamet home. Dispatch called the resident, she said she was okay.

May 31 — 1:16 a.m. A caller witnessed two people going in and out of the market in Cathlamet. It turned out to be janitorial staff. 7:57 a.m. A caller complained that a neighbor’s dogs were barking. At 8:11 a.m., another neighbor complained about the barking dogs. 9:09 a.m. A caller said he had been harassed by a man at the marina. 9:24 a.m. The Cathlamet ambulance transported an east county resident with pneumonia to the hospital. 10:37 a.m. A caller said that a boat was moving slowly upriver with people on board. The U.S. Coast Guard was notified. 10:51 a.m. The Cathlamet ambulance aided an ailing Rosedale resident. 11:41 a.m. A caller reported two young children riding a four wheeler in the middle of SR 4 in the Rosburg area. 4:23 a.m. A deputy provided a civil standby at an Elochoman Valley address. 5:01 p.m. A Puget Island resident complained that a member of the diking district kept trespassing on her property. 5:12 p.m. The Grays River ambiance aided a Grays River resident who was suddenly having speech issues.

June 1 — 6:59 a.m. A caller reported that a license plate was stolen from a motorcycle at an Elochoman Valley address. 10:06 a.m. A Cathlamet resident said that a neighbor’s dogs had attacked his cat, which ran up a tree. A deputy spoke with the caller who said that the cat did not appear to have any injuries. He said the dogs went home when their owner called them. No law enforcement action was taken at that time. 10:34 a.m. The Grays River ambulance aided a Grays River resident with high blood pressure. 4:10 p.m. A caller said that her information had been used fraudulently to file for unemployment. 5:28 p.m. A caller reported a reckless driver heading west on SR 4 from Coal Creek. The driver was passing on the shoulder and flipping off other drivers. 9:20 p.m. A caller complained about people standing in the middle of an Elochoman Valley road, stating that it was an ongoing problem, and that he had almost hit one of them.

June 2 — 10:37 a.m. A caller said that someone had struck their vehicle at the refuge viewpoint on SR 4. They had exchanged information, the caller said, but she needed to file an accident report for the insurance company. A deputy spoke with the caller and advised her to fill out a civilian collision report on the Washington State Patrol website. 1:21 p.m. A Rosedale resident said he was having issues with a neighbor regarding a property line. 4:47 p.m. A caller reported that two drivers were being reckless on East Sunny Sands Road. A second caller said that three vehicles were doing cookies in the parking lot at the boat launch and had almost struck some people and a dog.

June 3 — 12:14 a.m. A motorist was detained for driving with a suspended license and for not having an ignition interlock in his vehicle. 8:37 a.m. The Cathlamet ambulance aided an ailing Rosedale resident. 9:30 a.m. A caller reported that some items were missing from a rental home in the Little Cape Horn area. 1:56 p.m. A caller said he was burning grass with a torch at a Puget Island home when his wood pile caught fire. A deputy and the Puget Island Fire Department responded. 2:44 p.m. The Cathlamet ambulance aided an ailing Beaver Creek resident. 6:41 p.m. A caller reported a violation of a no contact order. 11:23 p.m. The Cathlamet ambulance provided a lift assist for a Cathlamet resident who had fallen.

June 4 — 6:29 a.m. A caller reported that a dually truck was speeding on a Puget Island road.

June 5 — 7:58 a.m. A caller said that she had noticed on Facebook that asphalt scammers had returned to the area. 8 a.m. A caller reported that there was no power at the KM transfer station. The PUD was notified. 2:25 p.m. A caller reported a vehicle hit and run at the boat launch in Deep River. 4:04 p.m. A Rosburg resident reported that a no contact order had been violated. A deputy responded and determined that there had been no violation. 7:52 p.m. The Grays River ambulance transported a Deep River resident with low oxygen levels to the hospital.

June 6 — 12:41 a.m. A caller reported that a tree was down and blocking both lanes of East Little Island Road. The county road department was notified.
