Local robotics teams win trophies in international competition

Wahkiakum and Naselle teams are bringing home trophies after competing against 137 teams from around the world in an underwater robotics event this weekend in Maryland.

In the open class, the Wahkiakum High School and 4H Mecha Mules robotics team placed third in the obstacle course and second in the mission course.

The Naselle Bubbleheads robotics team placed second in the open class for their engineering design.
