On June 7, Greater Federation of Women's Clubs District President Paulette Stinson presented Caroline Walton, Cathlamet Woman’s Club president, a certificate of award for the club being recognized nationally as a Top Ten Projects Recipient.

The award was for Community Service Programs and Advancement Plans, citing ingenuity, success, and impact on the community. The award stated:

"This club put together an amazing celebration of the 19th Amendment on August 18, 2020. Staying in compliance with our state's covid-19 restrictions, they planned a march in honor of the day. Before the day arrived, they had flyers displayed in various store windows. They placed an announcement in their local newspaper inviting the community to participate.

"On the day of the event, dressed in 1920 attire, proudly carrying flags and signs, and along with an antique car, GFWC Cathlamet marched up and down the city street, staying socially distant and wearing masks. From there, they had a table set up in front of a local store, where they distributed GFWC club literature and talked about their club and the many projects they work on. In addition to that, they handed out Voter Registration information. Afterwards, to their delight, several pictures were posted in their local newspaper.
