Mayor David Olson will host another bi-monthly open forum with muffins and coffee at noon on Friday, June 2, in the meeting room at the Cottage Bread & Breakfast, 380 Una Ave, Cathlamet.

Citizens, residents or anyone interested are invited to drop by and join the mayor for complimentary muffins and coffee to discuss issues, ask questions, or raise any concerns regarding the activities of the Town of Cathlamet or any challenges facing the community.

“These open forums help provide for citizen discussion and input, as well as information exchange. There continues to be a lot going on at the town, including events, parks and planning. I want to hear from citizens about what is on their minds, as well as respond to any concerns and provide updates on town business. Bouquets as well as brickbats are welcome! Many thanks to The Cottage Bread & Breakfast for hosting,” said Mayor Olson.

Muffins with the Mayor is planned to be held bi-monthly on First Fridays in 2023, with the next open forum scheduled for August 4.
