May 5 10:57 a.m. A welfare check was requested on a Cathlamet resident who could not be reached by phone. Deputies contacted the person who appeared to be in good health. 4:49 p.m. A structure fire was reported in Cathlamet. The District 4 fire department and the Wahkiakum PUD responded. 5:11 p.m. Cathlamet emergency services responded to a Puget Island resident possibly experiencing a heart attack. 9:40 p.m. The manager of a Cathlamet business asked for a customer to be removed from the premises.

May 6 10:53 a.m. A Cathlamet resident said that they had been threatened going home on an easement to their property. Deputies spoke with the tenant and reminded them of the easement. 11:13 a.m. An abandoned car was reported on Risk Road. 12:24 p.m. A Cathlamet caller reported a bicyclist in the woods with a laceration and a possible broken leg. The Cathlamet ambulance responded. 2:24 p.m. A rural Cathlamet homeowner reported two people snooping around their property. Deputies told the caller that they were aware of the individuals in question. 4:49 p.m. The Grays River ambulance responded to an elderly resident who had fainted. 6:57 p.m. A brush fire was reported near Oak Point east of Cathlamet. 10:35 p.m. A suspicious vehicle occupant was observed attempting to open the door of a Cathlamet business.

May 7 10:17 a.m. A motorist reported a log truck broken down on a curve west of the Grays River bridge. 11:11 p.m. A Cathlamet resident reported a dog on a leash without an owner. The caller called dispatch later to report that they had found the owner of the dog. 8:56 p.m. Cathlamet emergency services, and the District 4 fire department responded to a person with difficulty breathing. The patient was transported to the hospital by Life flight.

May 8 9:39 a.m. A Cathlamet resident called to report that someone out of state had gotten their banking information and cashed a large check. 10:18 a.m. A caller reported that a vehicle was parked at City Hall in a manner that made it difficult for others to park. Deputies took a look at the parking lot and determined that the car was parked legally. 6:26 p.m. A Puget Island resident reported a neighbor burning animal waste.

May 9 8:45 a.m. A Puget Island caller reported an abandoned boat on the county right of way. Deputies on the scene said that the boat was parked by the house and did not appear to be abandoned.

May 10 7:47 a.m. An Elochoman valley caller reported a person having a seizure. The Cathlamet ambulance and the District 4 fire district responded.

May 11 1:15 p.m. A rural Cathlamet resident requested assistance for a laceration to their skull. Cathlamet emergency services responded. 9:55 a.m. The driver of a vehicle on Puget Island called for assistance after running off the road to avoid hitting a deer. The Puget Island fire department and the Cathlamet ambulance responded. The driver declined transportation to the hospital.
